Programme Framework
Four Pillars of Impact
At ECECA Global Outreach, our work is guided by four interconnected program pillars that advance cultural diplomacy, education, entrepreneurship, and transatlantic collaboration between Africa and the Caribbean. Together, these pillars support sustainable exchange, creative innovation, and long-term partnerships that strengthen both regions.
